Pros and cons
The FSC® cardboard food container 3oz/90ml with PLA coating is suitable for packaging fruit, for example. This food container can also be used as an ice cream cup or even as a sauce container. Consider, for example, warm satay sauce or another cold sauce.
Our biodegradable food containers are made from the renewable raw material cellulose and provided with a PLA (corn starch) coating to make the cup moisture resistant. Sustainable food containers are an environmentally friendly alternative to, for example, ice cream cups with a plastic coating. In addition, they are 100% biodegradable.
The food containers are FSC® certified. The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) is an international organization committed to conservation and responsible forest management worldwide. FSC speaks of responsible forest management when the ecological, social and economic aspects associated with forest management are taken into account in a balanced manner.
