Palm leaf plates are food safe, tasteless, oil, fat and moisture resistant and suitable for use in the oven and microwave up to 200°C. In addition, our palm leaf disposables are 100% compostable.
Palm leaf plate 18cm hexagonal is suitable for various small dishes such as starters and side dishes. It can also be used as a breakfast plate. This palm leaf plate has a natural look and offers an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic plates. The plates can be combined well with our wooden disposable cutlery.
Palm leaf tableware from Bio Futura is certified according to SA8000 and made exclusively from fallen palm leaves. These leaves are cut by hand and give a beautiful natural look. The palm leaf plates are also compostable and certified according to the European standard EN13432, which stands for industrial compostability. This allows our palm leaf signs to carry the OK compost and seedling logo.
