This PLA drinking cup 2dl can be used as a smoothie cup or for soft drinks, for example. The cup has a green print, making it clearly visible that it is a sustainable drinking cup. Close this PLA cup with a PLA lid, which can be found in the related articles. Also use sustainable straws with this cup.
Our biodegradable drinking cups are made of PLA (corn starch) obtained from corn. This fast-growing crop serves as a renewable raw material for the production of our drinking cups and lids. The cups are certified according to the European standard EN13432 which stands for industrial compostability, they are therefore provided with the OK compost and seedling logo.
Note: this cup is suitable for cold applications up to about 40°C.
Please note: from July 3, 2021, new rules for the use of (bio)plastic disposable items will apply in the European Union. This concerns the Single Use Plastics (SUP) directive, which means this item will disappear from our range. Our current stock that we purchased before July 3, 2021 may still be sold and used.
