Our biodegradable drinking cups are made of PLA (corn starch) obtained from corn. This fast-growing crop serves as a renewable raw material for the production of our drinking cups and lids. The cups are certified according to the European standard EN13432, which stands for industrial compostability, and they therefore bear the OK compost and seedling logo.
Note: this cup is suitable for cold applications up to about 40°C. This PLA drinking cup has mandatory SUP marking embossing.
