This PLA lid can be used to close PLA food containers with a diameter of 85mm. In combination with the transparent PLA lids, the food containers are ideal for takeaway and delivery, and you can also easily stack the food containers.

Our biodegradable lids are made from PLA (corn starch) obtained from corn. This fast-growing crop serves as a renewable raw material for the production of our drinking cups and lids. The lids are certified according to the European standard EN13432, which stands for industrial compostability, and they therefore bear the OK compost and seedling logo.

Note: this lid is suitable for cold applications up to about 40°C.
