These PLA wine glasses have a luxurious look and are an excellent environmentally friendly alternative to plastic wine glasses. They are ideal for use at events or parties, for example. Please note: the wine glasses are 2-piece with a loose base. The wine glasses are securely packed in a neat box.
Our biodegradable drinking cups are made of PLA (corn starch) obtained from corn. This fast-growing crop serves as a renewable raw material for the production of our drinking cups and lids. The cups are certified according to the European standard EN13432, which stands for industrial compostability, they are therefore provided with the OK compost and seedling logo.
Note: this cup is suitable for cold applications up to about 40°C.
Please note: from July 3, 2021, new rules for the use of (bio)plastic disposable items will apply in the European Union. This concerns the Single Use Plastics (SUP) directive, which means this item will disappear from our range. Our current stock that we purchased before July 3, 2021 may still be sold and used.
