This sugar cane lid is suitable for closing the sugar cane food boxes 850ml and 1000ml. Moreover, this lid, together with the food box, offers an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic food boxes. You can find the meal boxes in the related articles. You can fold the flaps of this lid inward on the meal container for optimal closure.

The production of cane sugar produces large amounts of residual material called “bagasse”. These remains would have burned down but are now used as a natural raw material for the production of Bio Futura's sugar cane products. Sugarcane items are certified according to European standard EN13432 which stands for industrial compostability. This allows the OK compost and seedling logo to be worn.
