The sugar cane salad container is suitable for packaging a salad or side dish, for example. The container can be closed with a separately available lid, which can be found in the related articles.
The production of cane sugar produces large amounts of residual material called “bagasse”. These remains would have burned down but are now used as a natural raw material for the production of Bio Futura's sugar cane products. Sugarcane items are certified according to European standard EN13432 which stands for industrial compostability. This allows the OK compost and seedling logo to be worn.
