The sugar cane snack container A7 is suitable as a chip container for a small portion of fries or snacks such as chicken legs or kibbeling. The sugar cane containers are the environmentally friendly alternative to plastic snack containers. The small size A7 snack tray does not contain a coating on the inside.
The production of cane sugar produces large amounts of residual material called “bagasse”. These remains would have burned down but are now used as a natural raw material for the production of Bio Futura's sugar cane products. Bio Futura's sugar cane items are certified according to the European standard EN13432 which stands for industrial compostability. This means that the OK compost and seedling logo may be worn. In addition, this product is HOME-compostable certified, which means that this product can also be composted on the compost heap at your home.
