Our sugar cane chip trays are food safe, tasteless, water resistant and suitable for use in the oven and microwave up to 100°C. In addition, our bowls are 100% biodegradable.

Oval sugar cane chip tray can be used for serving fries or wedges, for example. Of course you can also use this container for all kinds of other applications, such as serving various snacks. Moreover, the sugar cane chip tray is an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic chip trays.

The production of cane sugar produces large amounts of residual material called “bagasse”. These remains are said to have burned down but are now used as a natural raw material for the production of Bio Futura's sugar cane products.

Bio Futura's sugar cane items are certified according to the European standard EN13432, which stands for industrial compostability. This allows the OK compost and seedling logo to be worn.
