The larger sugar cane plates are very suitable for main courses or buffets. The plates are made of sturdy material and do not fold over. The 26 centimeter brown plates have a small edge, making them also suitable for dishes with a small amount of sauce. The material does not soften and retains more heat than regular disposable plates.

The light brown sugar cane plates are made from unbleached sugar cane fibers. These fibers are an agricultural residual stream that remains after cane sugar production. The material is completely natural, renewable and biodegradable. After use, the plates can be thrown into the organic waste so that they can be processed into compost.
